Speex is a open scourse audio compression lossy format designed primarily for speech. provides several unique tools that cant be found in other programs.It also a speech codec which abale to be used on VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) applications and podcasts. based on the CELP speech algorithm and can be used with the Ogg container format or directly transfer via UDP/RTP.
