What is it all about?
Mobile engagement goes beyond push notifications. Reach more app users with powerful engagement channels.
Key Features
Push Notifications Appearing at the top of the screen or as a pop-up, these permission-based messages grab app users’ attention whether or not they’re active in the app. In-App Messages Located on the bottom or top of the screen, in-app messages show up when a user launches their app. No opt-in requirement means that you’re able to reach most of your app audience. Message Center Deliver rich, full page content inside your app with Message Center. Pre-built templates allow you to rapidly upload copy, images and videos for a welcome message, coupons, product introductions and more. You can also upload your own custom templates. Message Center reaches your entire app audience and provides your users with the convenience to store information and read it when ready. Plus, we optimize content delivery to your mobile audience through our CDN / Image Hosting service. Interactive Buttons Add interactivity to push notifications with one or two buttons. Interactive buttons allow you to use deep links to take app users to specific content, collect preferences for segmentation and provide better customer service. You can choose from 27 pairs of buttons or customize them yourself. Segmentation: Customize for Customers Now there’s an easy way for marketers to define and segment their audience for relevant messaging. Segments Builder Build simple to complex user segments for targeted messaging. Use behaviors (user attributes captured through tags), explicit user preferences, historical location, lifecycle lists, device properties and proximity data to ensure that the right message goes to the right audience. Lifecycle Lists These are predefined segments based on the three primary lifecycle stages a user experiences with your app: first app open (new install), active user, dormant, sent message, directly opened a notification, sent and viewed a message center page and uninstall. The segments can be used in the segment builder to create targeted mobile messaging campaigns. Dynamic Segmentation Capture user attribute information through tags by adding them to your messages. As part of the Actions Framework, dynamic segmentation lets you define and set a tag when composing messages to understand which users did and didn’t respond or wanted to be reminded of the offer later. Device Properties Easily segment and use mobile-specific attributes such as a user’s language or OS to target your audience.
