What is it all about?
GLEW (OpenGL Extension Wrangler Library) is an OpenGL utility library for easy management of OpenGL extensions. This is a free cross-platform library written in C/C++. GLEW solves the complexity of managing OpenGL extensions. It detects the extensions supported by the host machine on runtime and initializes functions associated with these extensions.
